S-90 Keyless entry key fob S90-V90 1998

Both of my key fob tranmitters are on the blink. I"ve replace batteries, but this does not help. Is there any schematic of how these units work? Can they be repaired? New they are in access of $100 each. Any and all help welcomed. Thanks
