vaccum hoses 700 1985

can anybody tell me where the vaccum lines on the damper go to. ithink 1 goes to the rotary switch and the other hose no idea??
there are also 3 hose connections on the rotary switch do all these get used?
i have look in the manaul but it does't help very much any help would be great
