Anybody familiar with installing the Super Pro SPF2013K rear control arm (radius rod) urethane bushing, supplied from FCP Groton?

Looks weird.

How well does it work?

Also, is there a poly bushing available for the control arm-to-crossmember location? Might as well do everything in poly.

What's involved installing it (after taking out the OEM)?
