Shuddering when turning 900 1996

Hi!

I tried to look around if someone had mentioned something about this...

Every once and a while if I'm at rest and turn the wheels I can feel and hear a small shudder coming from the steering... It also happens at slower speeds sometimes...

Could it just be the tires, or has someone else had similar trouble?
