Can the Body of a 79 swap with an 83? 200 1983

I wanted to know if the quarter panels and doors of a 1979 244 could be swapped onto my 83-244? I found a rust free, but otherwise useless 79-244 and I have a lot of rust (doors and quarter panels only) on my 83-244, but it is mechanically very good. Is this possible or just wishful thinking?
