245, no run power! stumped! 200 1981

My 81 245 is experiencing some electrical mishaps...

I recently drove to a concert in downtown columbus, OH and to my dismay, I lost all run power as I pulled into the parking spot. Afterwards she was towed home and she sits.

when it happened, the battery light came on and i lost my temp/fuel guages. When i turn the key, i get all accessories, nothing but a click from my A/C relay in position II, and get this-- the starter cranks in pos. III

note: none of my diagnostic lights come on anymore. Immediately following being stranded, they would come on and i could start it, but they went out for a moment or two when i used the turn signal. (parkbrake, light out, oil light, lam.sond, etc)

Im not really sure what to do... i have the interior mostly disassembled and the relays seem ok... ignition switch is working. suggetions?
