740 power widows, turn signals, & AC failure

Hi all
this is for my wife's 87 740 gle

Problems:
Service light comes on (then goes out after driving 5-10 mins)
power windows will not work
turn signals will not work
AC will not kick on

I've checked all the fuses - they are ok
I've ordered a power window relay switch - hoping this is inter-related

Any ideas as to the cause of the problem and possible sulutions other then fuses or a pw relay switch?
