1989 Volvo 740 won't start 700 1989

1989 740 GL B230 (non-turbo) won't start. Cranks over; have got spark; ECU will start another car; checked wires to speed sensor; replaced radio amplifier relay; seems like no trigger to injectors. Any ideas? Thanks
