today, again, I was in court for the request for a payment plan. I asked for specific information, most of which he didnt have. He did produce some information of his own, which the magistrate questioned how legitimate it is. He listened to the defendant and decided that based on his story, believing his company really isnt doing well due to the economy and believing he is trying hard to build back up his business, he is granted the payment plan. go figure. I am owed $500 by August 1st, and $500 on the first of the next three months after that. I was never asked what I thought about it, or given the chance to show my school loan bill and bank statements. My dad did speak up from behind me and raised the question that what if they dont pay?. The magistrate understood our concern and sorta sounded confident they will pay, and gave the dealership the eye, and then continued to say if he doesnt, we'll all be back here in court.
keep your fingers crossed cause thats all i'm going to do. I have done the best I can, and stuck with it.... now i'll hope for the money and return to court if i dont get paid, but thats it. this has got to stop.
thought you'd like the update
