I've been looking into upgrading my weak lighting. I want the "e-code" Cibie lenses for all four lights (probably the soft glowing bulbs too) and I'd upgrade to a relay based wiring harness to power them.
Couple questions.

1. Is it wiser to purchase stern's cheaper lenses and pay the shipping or go pick up the more expensive ones in person from ipd?

2. Is it wiser to buy the ipd harness all put together rather than Stern's harness >components< and self assemble?
