95, 960 sedan won't start 900 1995

Hi All. I have a 95,960 sedan that won't start with out spraying starting fluid down intake. Checked fuel pressure 48lbs, checked for spark ok, seems like the fuel injectors are not firing. I don't know where to start looking for the problem. I use to start on the radio supression relay, but don't seem to see one on this model. Checked to make sure timing belt was right, cleaned the ground wires, checked for codes, there are none. What next? Any help would be nice. Thankyou. Pauli
