Rear wheel bearing seal leaking... 200 1987

Grease is leaking all over my parking brake and I think I am going to have to replace seals and bearing for the rear passenger side. This doesn't look like a fun job but I don't think I have a choice. Is this possible to do without special tools to pull and press bearing off and on? If so...how much would this job cost to have done or is it worth getting the tools?

Does anyone know a good source for these parts? I can get parking brake shoes for $28 is this a good price?

BTW is $15.50 for a new Fuel pump relay from FCP a good buy?
