Best price needed for oxygen sensor for 93' 960 900

I am in need of an oxygen sensor (as per my code reading) and I am amazed at the high prices I've seen in my search for the best price. I also need to make sure which one (I've seen two types) & the location of it.

I appreciate ANY advice on where to get one. I am very limited on funds right now!!!

It (car) is running rich and emmits a bit of black smoke out of the exhaust.

My dad just replaced his in his Ford truck and it only cost $40.00. The least expensive one I can find for my 1993 960 is $150.00!
