92 740 no start-good OBD codes 700 1992

My 740 has been parked a "while". Several months ago the check engine light came on and the car would turn over but not fire. I found out today that the battery (new in sept 03) was bad. I replaced with new one. I checked the OBD and got 1-1-1 codes on fuel injection and ignition. Are these bogus codes due to battery reinstall?
