AC addition? 200

I'm running out of things to try out on my daily driver. (1984 242) How hard would it be to install an AC system on a car that didn't roll out of the factory with one? I have a feeling this is one of those things that would be easier just to buy another car (a la adding a turbo), but I have to try.
