AC blowing warm 900

Compressor won't engage! I jumped compressor with 12 volts it engages.It blew warm air while engaged. I checked power going into low pressue switch, there's power.No power coming out of switch. I had R134 checked and recharged a few months ago. Possible all leaked out? Bad pressure switch?
