A/C relay? IRS pinion seal? 700

Where is the A/C clutch relay/control located? My A/C was working a long while ago, now it doesn't...as in, compressor doesn't engage...I haven't used it in all that time though...

I'll test it with connecting the wire and so forth in a bit, but I still wanna know where to look for it


Also, '88 760 T has Independent rear, is the pinion seal the same as for the axle models (online catalogs seem that way)?
