HELP Crankshaft got turn and cam stayed in one spot 700 1992

Hi all need some help. It is 740 B230 motor has 198756 miles .I was trying to remove the Crankshaft Pulley and the timing belt was moving. So I put a peace of pipe in the holes on the Crankshaft Pulley and the crank had movied and the belt didn't. Did I or will I mess anything when I start her up. And how can I get her to TDC.Is there marks on the gears and where should the be at.When I pull the timing belt off. The pulley had split apart thats way I was pulling it off. well thank to all that can help me out.
