was in one of the local bone yards this past thursday, well i allmost cried, this partticular bone yard sends many vehicles out to be crushed, and they had an 85'ish 240 with a really nice set of headlights and the seats appeared to be in good shape to, actually it looked as if this one had hardly been picked at all. i have been to this yard several times in the past few months and never seen this vehicle in the salvage section. i tryied to talk the yard owner down on the seats and front headlights (taillights are still intact too) but alas they were still out of my budget. the only consolation was that the man who stacked vehicles to be sent out said the car was not due to be sent out for 6 months. makes me wonder if i should start an e-bay business.
i guess the yard owner didn't think there was much call for parts from this vehicle as the only damage to this vehicle i saw was the damage done by the forked front end loaders picking it up by the roof to stack it and then unstack it for my examination.
dont have their phone # handy, its in osceola auto salvage, kissimmee fl.
