In a Dilema 200 1991

I'm in a dilema!240DL
this morning the SRS idiot light came on and went off along with the battery. This afternoon just as I was pulling into a gas station my alarm system started beeping and the car just stopped dead. The battery is fine, everything except the engine works. I tried to reset the alarm but nothing happens. When the alarm is activated and the car tries to start nothing happens except the lights flash, there's beeping and the mileage needle starting pulsing to the same rate of the beeps. from 0-80. When the alarm is deactivated all the idiot lights come on but not even a click from the engine. Any idea where this short is coming from? Is it the alarm system itself or is the alarm system shorting out from something else. I don't know which fuse to pull to shut it off completely.
