Hello,

I am one of the few who own a rusty diesel volvo. i like the car; if the body becomes any worse im going to toss it into a rust free (maybe just straight and free of holes) chassis, gas or diesel (hint hint, anyone in NY, MA, CONN or PA?). As I listen to the transmission mount announce its divorce to the rest of the frame, I wonder aloud, oh where art thou, stupid freakin volvo diesel manual, the book i can't find? The droning of the rear diff and the incessant whine from the transmission bekon my search with haste, but alas, I am still without answers, feeling very much like a pet owner who's animal just can't be doctored up any further. If anyone can get past my wording, and havent skipped to the next post yet, for the love of 35 mpg and 75w/140 gear oil i need a book. BAD. photocopies of a factory manual would make me and the silver herring (its silver, the volvo) so very happy. or if you all have any ideas, please drop me a line.
