Disconnecting Fuel Lines To/From Filter

I have an issue with a fuel filter I'm trying to replace. I have a 1992 960 wagon that I recently purchased. The previous residence of the car was in the NE and there is a decent amount of rust on the fuel filter and all the bolts and screws connecting everything. I've been trying to get the fuel lines unscrewed to remove the whole mounting bracket, but the line from the filter to the engine is too tight and rusted. Does anyone have any quick solutions to get these bolts undone? I wasn't sure if I should use any chemicals to loosen up the screws...

Thanks a lot.
