Hi all,
I have a '98 V90. The ABS light has been on for the last few weeks. I have had, earlier this year, two incidents. One, where I skidded out of control and landed against a snow bank (no damage) and another one, a fender bender, where a large truck's rim lightly dented my passenger side doors. I give this information since it may have some bearing. I've gone to two mechanics. But they can't figure why the light is on. The tool/sensor indicates that there is a communication failure between the data link connectior and the ABS controller. (The car has self-diagnostics that the tool/sensor can/tries to read.) Thanking in advance for any ideas and help!
