The Brick needs a little more speed 200 1987

What are some easy ways to add a little speed to my volvo.
It is a '87 w/b230f and a AW70.
I don't have lots of money or I would do a turbo swap.
right now the car is completely stock and I would like a better 0-60 times.
any tips or trick would good.
