Fuel Pumps wont stop when turn key ON..Help please... 200 1983

Hi,
When I turn the key to ON (no start) normally I hear the pumps about 2 seconds and then stop, but now I turn this key ON and I hear working all time. Question: Where I have to find the problem here (relays, etc.) Thanks for any advice.

PS: My fuel system es k-jetronic and Its turbo (b2ft)'83
