740 Won't move--wheel stuck?? 700

My son's 740 (1990) sat for several weeks this summer. Engine starts but car will only rock back and forth a few inches. If you give it much gas, the left rear wheel spins. Jacked up the corners, 3 turn OK, right rear only turns +/- a fraction of a turn before it goes clunk. Thought it might be a stuck parking brake, but usually the engine can overpower them.

Thoughts on what to investigate are appreciated.
