'93 945T, 4 questions (2 leaks, possible sag, locked up seat) 900

I had a few questions about my car, a ’93 945T, and found a place to host photos (Yahoo). Here is the photo album with four pictures:

I don’t think that this forum software lets you link, so you will need to cut and paste to view the album. You can then click on one of the four photos to enlarge it.

Question 1 / Photo Vleak1: There is a very slow antifreeze leak on the front of the engine, but behind the radiator. This is maybe a few drops at the most per night. The photo shows the antifreeze on the belt pulley, and it has dripped onto the hose underneath. The leak isn’t from the radiator hoses that I can see. The photo is taken from below, after the plastic guard was removed (so I could see the leak better). Any idea what this leak could be from?

Question 2 / Photo Vleak2: Regarding Vleak2, I just saw this last night - it’s water dripping from something behind my right wheel. It’s water, not antifreeze or oil. My first guess would be that it is air conditioning condensation, but I never run my air conditioning (I’m one of those who likes the feel of the air coming in the windows). Is it still condensation? I'm sure that my air conditioning was turned off.

Question 3 / Photo Vsag: This is a side view of my Volvo. Does it look like the back is sagging to you? I’ve only had the car for about 4 months and have never seen a 945 after new springs, so I’m not sure if this is how it is supposed to look.

Question 4 / Photo Vsbelt: The fourth photo is a picture of my back seat. As you can see, it is folded down. The seatbelt you see is keeping the seat from being raised, the seatbelt is locked into that position and I can’t figure out how to unlock it (there is extremely little play in it). I’ve tried to access it from behind but only got to a metal plate on the back of the seat. Do I need to open that up? The crevice is so small I can’t get a bolt onto the bottom of the seatbelt, though I can try again, at the time I thought I could easily access the back of the seat so I didn’t fight the bolt holding the bottom of the seatbelt on.

Thanks!
