740 GLE Rough Idle 700 1989

Hey folks. I have an 89 740 GLE 16-valve (B234F). Automatic. 93000 miles. I put new cap, rotor, plugs, and wires on it 5000 miles ago. Flame trap and linkage cleaned around the same time. Replaced the fuel pump (the main one under the driver's side; tank pump has not been replaced)and filter about three weeks ago. Driving home today I had the air conditioner on and it began to idle really rough. It has done this once before, a couple of weeks ago, but it stopped after I turned the a/c off and has not done it again until today. Turning a/c off today had no effect. Pretty severe shaking at a stop and while I accelerated. Once I hit 45-50 miles per hour, it would run smoothly, though it didn't feel right -- like it was laboring. Also starts rough now, which it has never done before. I've looked over the FAQs and am wondering if this could be the AMM, ECU, or another injection system item. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
