FUEL LINE REPLACEMENT? OR REPAIR? 200

I've just discovered where the faint smell of gasoline was comming from, now i need some information. ill try to nutshell this problem.

fuel line from the injector rack towards the back of the vehicle, at the rack it starts out about 5/8" dia.(14-15mm) threads thru the engine compartment taking a dive next to the brake booster the large dia ends right about where the lower control arm afixes to the chassis. the large dia hose seems only to serve as an inti kink protection, however this end seems to be where the gas is seeping onto the above said chassis location effectivly removing my undercoating all the way thru the "u" channel under the driver side floorboard.
that said it appears that the fuel line is a prefabricated part that i cant seem to locate on line and have know idea how much a dealer would charge for it (from the injector rack all the way to the filter).

this isn't a part i think i would scavange from a bone yard, and this protector hose/cover looks like it would be dificult to remove nor do i think i should to repair it.

any thoughts? any after market fixes? all suggestions welcome (within reason)
