I chipped the crank pully/harmonic balancer 200 1987

I decided after much frustration to use the starter moter to remove the crank pully on my B230. IT seemed to work fine but when I removed the pully and looked at it, i found that I had chipped the slot where the little guide pin deal goes. The guide pin is slightly chipped also but I think it will be fine. THe harmonic balancer chip doesn't seem too bad but I am still worried about it. Is there a possibility of doing more damage to the guide pin buy reusing the harmonic balancer with the chipped slot? At this point I think I will just reuse it and pray that it holds ok!!!

TIA
