I finally got my car back from Kenn Garff (once the insurance adjuster had a look at her). They ended up totaling it and giving me something around 2200 and I keep the car. There really wasn't much wrong with it, the drivers headlight was broke (already bought one on e-bay for 150.00) the hood still needs to be replaced, could stand to get a new grill, but not a necessity (only cracked in a small spot) and the motor mounts let go causing the transmission mount to pull out of the tail housing (hence the loss of all the tranny fluid) Bought a new used tail housing at picky pull for around 27.00, new bushing and seal (why not, its already off) put that on, new mount bracket, and she drives again, no apparent damage to the frame or suspension. Just waiting on motor mounts from FCP, the new used headlight, and tracking down a hood. She's tainted with a salvage title now, but I just couldn't justify getting rid of it for some seemingly minor damage, all in all it will cost no where near the amount the insurance company paid to fix it; I guess they just go with new part price when they determine whether its a loss or not. If anyone knows of, or is parting with a 780 hood please let me know. I'd prefer it to be black (for the hope of no repainting), but any color is fine.

On a side note, are all 7xx hoods the same, or is this another one of those famed 780 parts?
