I have been told by mechanic that my overdrive is slipping and needs to r&r'd. Is this something I can do myself? I am somewhat used to working on my Volvo, but don't know much about transmissions. Or should I leave it to him? He will go through it completely for $500.00. It's an 81 wagon. Bob
