1989 740 , No start situation

Help , my 1989 740 is in a no start mood . I have replaced the crank sensor, fuel injection supression relay and fuel pump relay . Ignition components all fairly new .I by passed the pump relay and both pumps are working. Car has spark . Cam is turning . When I turn the engine over with the fuel pump relay installed ,there is no fuel pumping. Injectors all clicking , have spark . If I run the pumps for a little while ,then plug in the relay , the car will hit momentarily but will not start .Running fantastic last time it was driven , which was yesterday . All fuses good . Any ideas ? Could it be the CPU ? Any help will be greatly , appreciated . Thanks Mike
