94 940 purchase? advice please 900

local honda dealer has gold 94 940, 135k miles, cloth, air, powr windows, locks, abs. The car was garaged, paint and interior in EXCELLENT condition. everthing works, original radio/cassette kinda weak and needs new speakers.

Runs out strong, engine EXTREMELY quiet. No clunking or clanking, tight suspension. Newer metal rad, hoses, timing belt, fuel pump,etc..well maintained with dealer records. Asking $5490. I have two 95 940s, differences are minimal to best of my knowledge. I think I can get the car for $5000 out the door.

What do u say/suggest?
