Engine codes 223 & 121 700

1990 740 with the Bosch LH 2.4

Idles fine but will not go!

223 is Idle Air control valve. Two pin plug. What should the resistance be between the two????

121 is the Mass Air.

These are on the same circuit on the wiring diagram so I need to find out if one is not talking before I replace both or if the computer has somehow crashed.

Please help!
