Power Steering Fluid....same as trans fluid? 200

I'm needing to add some power steering fluid. The manual seems to indicate that atf is needed to fill the resevoir. My question then, is do I just go ahead and add some Mobil 1 synthetic trans fluid for now and do a drain and flush later? Or, is there something inherently different about "power steering" fluid that differs from atf?
