Oh help! Fuel pressure regulator - wrong by one number - OK? 200 1984

In the course of trying to figure out why my son's car isn't idling (dying, in fact), and is running rough, I found that the fuel pressure regulator was not holding "deadhead" pressure, but leaking down right away. I replaced it, but did so at the end of a long day. This morning, I realized I had said it's an 82, not an 84 (both, according to the manual, using LH Jetronic fuel injection). The regulator part number is off by one number - properly 214 instead of the 213 that's there - but the static pressure seems to be OK, though either my gauge is off or it's a little high.

Should I worry? Should I replace the improper regulator? I hate to spend another $70 if this will work.
