Radio replacement: which wire is which? 200 1989

I looked at the wiring diagram for the post-81 Volvo and it mentions a black grounding wire, a green "constant", and a blue "plus" wire, plus four speaker wires.

Problem: in looking at the back of a factory-installed cassette radio for my "new" 1989, it has red, orange, blue, and a sea-foam green wire, as well as what is mentioned before.

Various splices are made before the connecting block, and it is making me confused. Help!
