7xx/9xx engine compatability 700 1986

i've been presented with the opportunity to buy the engine and transmission off of a strong running '93 940 turbo sedan for $300. i had a look and it appears to be the same B230FT engine in my '86 760 turbo wagon, but i wanted to be sure before i made the purchase. are these two motors interchangeable? do all of the mounts/hoses/components/etc. match up? it looks like some of the hoses are different. and what about the transmission?

if anyone has ever made a swap like this (engine/transmission or both)? if so i would love to hear what you know, problems you ran into, etc.
