Drive Shaft Pilot Bearing Replacement ? 200

How difficult and are there any tips for replacing the pilot bearing on the drive shaft of a 1986 240 sedan? The bearing is squealing a bit but the rubber mount is toast. I had to jam the loose rubber bits all back together last night as it was causing a nasty driveline vibration. Is this only a dealer part? If the bearing is not too bad, can just the rubber mounting be replaced or is it just as well to replace the bearing at the same time?

Many thanks again in advance.

Cliff
