100k tune-up, req. maintenance 200

I have an '89 240 DL wagon that has just now turned over 100k. We purchased the car last September, and have not really done any maintenance except oil changes, a new thermostat, and new (Volvo) antifreeze. We bought it from the original owner, who loved the car and took great care of it. So, it seems like it needs some attention, the shocks are feeling pretty soft, it isn't running as smoothly, has lost some power, and due to the mileage, I think it may need some other things too. Anyone have a checklist of items I should consider replacing/testing? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
