Hi Guys
The electric fan on my 87 740 seized! It would not move at all even
manually! I got a replacement from a boneyard upstate NY,installed it and I think still doesnt work.
Question 1: When is this fan supposed to operate?
Question 2 What steps should I take to pinpoint the problem and solve it?
