Another front wheel alignment ? 140-160 1974

This might have been asked before, but I couldn't find anything.
After changing all front bushings, upper ball joints and front shocks, my car now pulls slightly to the left. It didn't do so before. I haven't checked pressure in tires (I will), but can there be other reasons for the slight pull? I want to get plates on it within weeks, but would like the steering to be more neutral first, if possible.
