hey all im back again, yup our 91 740 turbo finally got to a shop today!!! yay!!
we had to get it towed because the battery lost its juice for some reason even though i know it was sitting for a month and a half but we had my dad and other people we know come a charge the battery, so it shouldnt have drained as fast as it did. Not to mention that made it harder because i dont know if anyone of you know this but when the battery is dead, the gears lock and the car wont move and cant be pushed. Which brings me to my question, when we got it to the shop and watched them take it off the tow bed all was fine, until the mechanics attempted to push the car into one of the opens ports for the night AND THE CAR WOULDNT MOVE BECAUSE THE TOW GUY PUT THE PARK BRAKE BACK ON!! OH NOO RIGHT? well thats not the worst of it, the worse part is that they didnt know that the gears lock when theres no juice and they kept trying to push it and they got like five guys on it and finally it moved but you could hear the grears grinding. I tried to get over there to tell them no dont push it until you have power to the battery but the tow truck was in the way trying to get out of the small shops lot that i couldnt tell them. I feel like its my fault now!! i didnt say anything!! well later i stressed it to them, BUT THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING, IM SCARED...THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE HOOD AND THERE SUPPOSED TO BE MACHANICS!! i had to show them everything. And thank GOD for joe comming to see the car, THEY HAD NO CLUE WERE EVEN BEGIN LOOKING FOR THE PROUBLEM!! i told them everything joe told me so now at least they know were to start looking. and this shop is full of asain guys that were amazed i knew more then my bf did about what the proublem was. OK SO MY QUESTION IS...BECAUSE THEY PUSHED THE CAR WITH THE GEARS LOCKED, WILL IT MESS ANYTHING UP IN THERE? CAUSE ILL GO BACK AND TELL THEM TO FIX THAT SHITE!
