Got a brake pad problem... rears started scraping yesterday, and I can't find the new ones I bought a year ogo...

I *do* have a spare rear end, but it has the ATE brakes, and my car has the girlings. Obviously the pads ain't interchangeable, but are the calipers interchangeable including the lines? If I don't do it today, I'm gonna have to replace discs, which involves removing the calipers anyhow...
