Turbo questions 700 1986

I have 1986 740T with B230 engine.
I think the turbo on it is oil cooled Gareth model.
Is it possible to check the out-going oil line
for possible plugging, without taking the entire
turbo unit off ?

If not, are there instructions on how to remove / install
the turbo ?
