Here are the numbers after replugging the No. 2 wire, plugging the transducer:

15mph:
HC ppm - 49 (125 limit) (139 before)
NO ppm - 1175 (972 limit)** (2816 before)
CO% - 0.23 (0.70 limit) (0.50 before)

25mph:
HC ppm - 87 (121 limit) (139 before)
NO ppm - 1366 (885 limit)** (2668 before)
CO% - 0.43 (0.75 limit) (0.50 before)

Obviously misfire on No.2 is responsible for the high readings before.

It seems, though, that plugging the transducer is not helpful enough to get the NOx pass.
