converting Lh1.0 injection to Lh2.0: shopping list?

Hi,
Does anyone have a detailed list of things to get for this conversion. Ive got the 82-240 with the first LH 1.0 injection. I want to change it to something not quite so rare. I know I need the amm, ecu, wiring harness. Do I need to chage the manifold?. The ignition computer? etc? I believe I can get most of this from the pick and pull relatively cheap.
Id appreciate any thing anyone has to say about this.

I still get a little confused on the terminology, but I think its 1.0 to 2.0.
