Thanks guys for several pieces of advice. I ended up drilling away the bolt head, and sawing across the bolt on the inside half of the bushing tube.
One advice was to try a SawAll (Tiger saw in Europe). Would have been quickest had I been able to lift the car enough. Instead I bougt a metal saw blade holder for Ģ1.90 and a Bi-Metal saw blade. This cut the bushing tube in less than 10 min.
Essential equipment is seen in first pic I will try and enclose.
Apply penetrating oil on inside end of lower bolts going through lower end of shock absorber. Clean threads with brush and apply more oil. Try and undo nut at inside end of bolt until it is level with bolt end, 18 mm socket on inside end, 17 mm on outside (bolt head). Punch on bolt by hitting the 18 mm socket. If it moves outwards you have no problems. if it is stuck continue reading, how to remove bolt. Pull handbrake. Loosen wheel nuts a bit but donīt undo. Jack up car as far as possible. Put car on a stand placed on the front bolts of the suspension arm. Take wheel off. If you are the cautious type, remove brake caliper (two bolts on inside) and place it on top of rear axis. If you trust your garage jack (see below), skip removing caliper, but be careful not to lower suspension arm too far when any of the shock absorber bolts have been removed, since brake rubber line might be torn since now suspension arm can be dropped totally. Place garage jack under axle (brake disk) to control position of suspension arm and unloading/loading shock absorber bolts as desired. Punch a mark in the center of the bolt head, and drill a 5 mm guiding hole in the center through the bolt head and into the bolt. Follow by drilling after with a 10 mm drill. Use one or two thin hardened screwdrivers as wedges and chip away bolt head when hole has been drilled deep enough.
Use a SawAll (European: Tiger saw) priced at $60-300 or if you have less room and 10 min more a $2 saw blade holder with a Bi-Metal or "Molybdenum" or similar tough blade, and cut the bushing, bushing tube and the bolt on the inside of the shock end, inside the opening of the suspension arm. Total time once procedure worked out: probably 1 hour.
Since I didnīt manage to post with more than one image, the other images I took will follow after this message
Thanks for help!
