Strange electrical problem--Help! 200 1990

I have a '90 240 with 200K miles. Problem started when part of the power would stop, e.g. the radio, a/c (the fan continued to blow but no cool air), temp gauge and some dash lights. Then all would come back on...then go out again. I've noticed that when all is working, if I do something like touch the brake, they will go out again. This seems to happen after I have been driving for a few minutes, but I'm not sure if that is relevant or just coincidental. All fuses appear okay. Sound like anything you've experienced?
